ORDERING FROM COORDINATES

You can place an order with Coordinates online through our website.

While we do encourage all customers to create an online account when ordering, you can always place an order as a “guest.” Simply select “Checkout as Guest” when checking out to complete your order without an account.

Creating an account or logging into your account when placing your order has several benefits: It makes it easier for you to look up your past orders, allows you to create wish lists and manage your email preferences.

QUALITY COMMITMENT

We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, just send the item back to us and we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price or replace the item with the same style and size. Quality is specific to defects related to fabric, construction or trim.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 7 days of original purchase for store credit

When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Coordinates Gift card.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

Any product returned outside of the return policy cannot be processed.

eGift cards are non-returnable.
